Loved staying in a residential building and not an actual hotel, it was great to have a small sense of day to day life. The room design was very good and the location was excellent. The building had great amenities including 4 different laundromats and the building door man was so lovely and helpful
the interior design is nice, having windows with sufficient sunlight. A bathtub is also available for hot bath after whole day of activities. Less than 10 mins walks to the nearest MRT and light rail station, a rental cycle station is also available in around 5 mins walk. Family mart and many self serve laundries are right downstairs.
The room with a spa is compact but comfortable, with a good view of the street, and the amenities are comprehensive (but note that you share a small fridge in the common room with the other two rooms). It is close to the harbour and the light rail. The building PInHOuse inhabits on the 5th floor is an experience in its own right - massive (over 30 floors), theatrically gloomy, with an atrium floor rock garden in shades of Zen.
Arrived Kaohsiung late night, had to check in in the midnight, thankfully the staffs helped sort out our problems promptly.

Good value for money and very useful location for trade shows. Relatively comfortable. owner communicated well between our Google translate dialogue.
it is very clean, and basic necessities are provided. it is also very near to the train station with plenty of convenience stores around. the bed is on the firm side, which is good
